Our process
Site inspection
In the beginning, we will start with preliminary studies of your property. That will include your design ambitions, your budget, your design preferences and your timescales.
Generating initial concept
This phase of the project is actually the starting point of the creative process. In this stage, we’ll develop your property’s architectural layouts, possible colour schemes, design styles etc. Then, we’ll build early 3D models while describing various different aspects of the design. Then, we’ll specify our plan. We will select a proper layout for your interior, a colour scheme and specify the materials we need for walls, floors, furniture etc. We’ll also specify our key finishes and define the lighting concept before we develop construction details.
Developing construction details
A coordinated, comprehensive technical construction details will be created for the project. It will include proposed details for the build and down takings on refurbs.
Production details
Now, we’ll develop schedules for fully detailed finishes for every area of your living space. We’ll also design the details for sanitary, joinery, and electrical requirements.
Interior building
In this phase, you and we together will find the best contractor and material supplier to start the interior construction process. We’ll work closely with our interior design team and your project manager to create your interior as per plan. It covers everything from installing design material on the walls & floors, arranging furniture, installing crittal doors and giving finishing touches to every corner of your house. We’ll also help them to paint colours, set the wallpaper, install lighting and many more.
Post production
When the project will be concluded by our kitchens Richmond experts, we will visit the site to inspect all the finished design works and issue the certificate of completion.
