HOW WE WORK!

No matter how big or small your project may be, the Bella Interiors team will start with an initial sit down and discussion, be it over the phone or with a cup of tea at our showroom in Richmond.

Once the scope of work has been realised and a site survey completed, we then offer you an estimate of cost for your project.

If it is a kitchen or bathroom renovation you are looking for you can head straight into a consultation with one of our designers who will work with you to understand your requirements and ideals. They will prepare and present plans, layouts and 3d renderings along with a quotation for your project.

After design developments and sign off we look after all administration and the procurement of goods in align to schedules. Our in-house team of builders are briefed and the installation begins.

We have designed and built in Richmond, Twickenham, Chiswick and throughout West London.

STEP 1

Consultation & Site Survey

We will begin discussing the project scope, learn about your vision, discuss how the current layout works or maybe doesn’t work. We use this time to understand your requirements, budgets, timelines and style.
Here after, one of our designers will visit your property, take measurements and notes of any architectural elements that may influence the design and then head back to the office to begin the design process.

STEP 2

Design and Cost

Using CAD ( computer aided design) our designers will use the measurements to draw the space and begin delving into the most suitable layout. Using the information from the initial consultation a selection of appropriate fittings and fixtures will be collated and drawn into the designs. 3D renders will be produced ready for presentation. Costs of materials and labour will be gathered for quotation too.

STEP 3

Design Development

We will propose the designs and costs and discuss all elements in detail. Preliminary drawings and ideas are refined whilst identifying any potential constraints that may affect the build and design vision. Quotations, budgets and schedules are reviewed until sign off.

STEP 4

Procurement and Install

After sign off we begin looking at schedules and lead times of product and materials and look after the ordering and scheduling. As we near the time of installation, the team sit with our builders and go through all details of the given space. During installation the project manager oversees the build and communication is kept tight as to stay on track with the signed off designs.

EMBROILED ON A LARGER PROJECT?

You may have your own building surveyor, architect or even interior designer on board which is great, we are used to working with various professionals. However, you also may not have these in place and that’s fine too, we have our own little book of contacts who we work with regularly.

So, is it design and build you need or the complete project management of your venture?

Either way you can trust that your project, from planning, design to execution will be professionally realised.
